  • In Loving Memory of Mary Finn

    MPH, PhD, CHART Co-Founder

    With over 40 years of experience in public health, Mary Finn dedicated her career to identifying and reducing at-risk behaviors. As a respected consultant, she leveraged her extensive knowledge to help organizations and individuals implement scientifically supported practices that enhance wellbeing. In addition to her consulting work, Mary shared her expertise in academia, teaching at the university level and inspiring the next generation of public health professionals.

    Mary held a Master of Public Health degree and a Ph.D., and she was certified in Public Health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Her commitment to assessing the literature and applying evidence-based strategies made a significant impact in the field, positioning her as a trusted leader in public health innovation and education.  

    Her desire to help others live better, feel better, and move better brought her and Laura together and with Mary's passion for others to live their healthiest life at any age, CHART was born. 

  • Laura Wilson

    MS, PhD, CHART Co-Founder

    Laura has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, where she has developed programming and education for top fitness brands and clients worldwide. As the founder of Laura Wilson FIT, she’s helped over 57,000 people live healthier, happier lives and supported fitness professionals in growing successful businesses.

    A Midwest farm girl at heart, Laura’s passion for movement led her to earn an M.S. in Exercise Science and certifications in NASM, ACSM, RKC Kettlebells, and more. She’s held roles as a Fitness Manager, International Master Trainer for Les Mills, and Program Director for brands like XPT, LifeFitness, ISSA, and NASM. She’s launched fitness programs in over 25 countries, including KettleWorX and HIGHX.

    Laura’s work with Life Time Fitness and Power Plate focused on education and recovery techniques, expanding her expertise into gut and hormone health. Today, she specializes in small group, athletic and golf training and coaching for active aging and youth. Her mission to help others feel, move, and live better led her to co-found CHART, with a shared vision for promoting health at any age.

  • Kelly Sobczak, Owner

    PTA, CPT, TPI Level 1 Certified, TPI Fitness 2 Certified

    Originally from Wisconsin, Kelly moved to Florida in 2005 shortly after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree.  After having two children and serving as a stay-at-home mom, Kelly decided to start a whole new career in physical therapy.


    As a student at Indian River State College, she not only excelled in her physical therapy coursework, she also became one of just several people in history to earn a perfect score on her state licensure exam. In addition to being a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is TPI Level 1 and Level 2 certified for golf.

    Kelly has extensive experience in training clients of all ages and abilities, including general fitness, rehabilitation, weight training, high intensity internal training, and golf fitness.  Her expertise, love of exercise, and caring personal nature perfectly align with the needs and goals of her clients.

  • Jaime Loomis

    DPT

    Jaime graduated from Northwestern University with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. As a Licensed Physical Therapist since 2012, she has provided comprehensive services while working in Hawaii and on the East and West coasts of Florida and is a consulting physical therapist to CHART, where she specializes in golf, athletic, and active aging issues.

    Jaime believes that it is important for her clients to learn what’s wrong and be given the proper guidance and exercises to become their optimal physical selves.

  • Brianna Niquette

    DPT

    Brianna earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2015. She was born and raised in the beaches of New Jersey, and migrated to Florida right after receiving her degree. Brianna has worked primarily in orthopedic settings, working with individuals with post surgical conditions, sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, vestibular disorders, and work related injuries. She received her Level 1 and 2A certifications in pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has started pelvic health programs for a number of clinics in the Tampa, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach and Sebastian areas. 

    Her love for movement brought her to begin practicing Pilates 7 years ago and became an instructor 5 years ago. She specializes in reformer Pilates and opened a home studio in Sebastian, helping many clients improve their quality of life over the years. Her work in encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle led her to pursue a Mind Body Eating Coach Certification, which she will be completing this year. 

    Brianna is working as a consulting physical therapist to CHART. She focuses on developing individualized functional rehabilitation programs to enable patients to achieve their goals.
